I remember when Kara was affectionally called Baby Kara. But I guess when you hit the two year mark, you probably should drop the baby part. Even if you don't want to. Bleh.
(Baby) Kara turned two last December, but it's always a crazy time to try and line up a session around the holidays. So next thing you know it was January and when her grandma Jen and I set the date it just so happened that it snowed a couple of days before - awesome! We were both glad that December didn't pan out for us.
But we did a few quick ones inside as to not torture the poor two year old.
I swear she looks like both a baby and a big girl in this one.
I just LOVED her snow boots. Seriously.
So yes, we headed outside to test out those new snow boots.
All that cute pink with the gorgeous white background. How beautiful.
But naturally it takes a two year old some time to warm up to the snow.
And it's fun when she does!
Thanks (Baby) Kara (and Jen) for spending some time with me on Saturday in the snow. And for helping me forget - just for a little while - how much I dislike winter. :)
Sherry, I have said it before and I must say it again. You do great work! These pictures are fabulous. I cannot wait for you to do my family sometime! You have a knack for capturing the true personality of people. Kara is a doll and you show her off beautifully! Job well done! -DeeDee
